1. Hesap Kullanımı

Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmamalısınız. VideoFlow, hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanımından doğacak zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

2. Yasaklı İçerik

Yapay zeka araçlarımızı kullanarak aşağıdaki içerikleri üretmek kesinlikle yasaktır:

• Yasadışı, nefret söylemi içeren veya şiddeti teşvik eden içerikler.
• Cinsel içerikli veya pornografik materyaller.
• Telif haklarını ihlal eden içerikler.
• Yanlış bilgi yayan veya manipülatif (deepfake) içerikler.

Bu kuralların ihlali durumunda hesabınız uyarı yapılmaksızın kapatılacaktır.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Oluşturduğunuz videoların ticari hakları, kullandığınız paketin kapsamına göre size aittir (Free planda sınırlı haklar, Pro planda tam ticari haklar). Ancak, VideoFlow platformunun kaynak kodları, tasarımı ve markası şirketimize aittir.

4. Abonelik ve İptal

Ücretli planlar aylık veya yıllık olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman panel üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal işlemi, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. AI tarafından üretilen içeriklerin doğruluğu veya uygunluğu konusunda garanti vermeyiz. Oluşturulan içeriklerin yayınlanmasından doğacak yasal sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir.

Terms of Service

Welcome to VideoFlow. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You should not share your password with anyone. VideoFlow cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

2. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to use our AI tools to generate the following types of content:

• Illegal content, hate speech, or content promoting violence.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Misinformation or manipulative content (deepfakes).

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

You own the commercial rights to the videos you generate, subject to your subscription plan (Limited rights for Free plan, full commercial rights for Pro plan). However, VideoFlow retains all rights to its platform code, design, and branding.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

Paid plans renew on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for the legal consequences of publishing the content you create.
